The name Passa Sports is new, but our history goes back quite a while. We have over 20 years of experience in sports e-commerce (our first webshops were already online when the average customer still went online with a dial-up modem).
The founders of Passa Sports are all three sports fanatics who, at the turn of the century, started specializing in webshops for their favorite sports: tennis and handball. Mainly because they were looking for better advice, the widest possible range and ultimate service. They were clearly not the only ones, because the webshops quickly grew. Expanding to more sports was a logical next step, without losing focus on pure specialism per sport.
In order to better organize overarching matters such as data knowledge, logistics and ecommerce excellence together, a merger followed in 2019. This merger created a fast-growing company with more than 175 employees, over 9,000m2 of warehouse, 4 physical stores and 17 specialized webshops as well as sales offices in Cologne and Götenburg.

Passa Sports werkt toe naar een duurzame toekomst voor al haar e-commerce activiteiten. We werken niet voor niets met een duurzame transport partner als DHL, die streeft naar volledig emissievrij vervoer naar de consument in 2025. Met het grootste elektrische wagenpark van Nederland, met elektrische bestelwagens, fietsen en DHL StreetScooters, investeert DHL fors in een positieve klimaatbeweging.
In addition, we use sustainable materials such as FSC certified or recycled cardboard for our packages and we ensure that the format of the packaging matches the contents optimally. Even though Passa Sports is growing rapidly, we strive daily to make our activities more sustainable.
