Do you want to apply the grip by your self? Start at the top of the hockeystick and secure the gip with the adhesive inside. Then make sure you hold the grip tight when you wind it around the stick. With every winding the grip should have a little overlap. tighten the grip extra good at the bottom and fasten it with a piece of cotton tape.
