The Maurten Drink Mix320 provides 80 grams of carbohydrates per 500 ml of water and can be used before, during and after runniing. The hydrogel technology stimulates smooth transport through the stomach and into the intestine. As a result, carbohydrates, salt and water are better absorbed and the drink is directly converted into hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach.

You get a high concentration of maltodextrin and fructose thanks to the Maurten Drink Mix320. After adding the contents of the sachet to the water, shake the mixture until the contents are completely dissolved. The pouches come in a pack of 14.
